Where the analysis comes from

Twelve years advising UHNW clients on portfolios, markets, and geopolitics. A decade in marketing and communications before that. Now I'm building AI and automation systems as my day job. Am I any good at it? Good enough to win a corporate hackathon and have the ear of portfolio managers at major European mutual funds. Add to that a habit of reading more history than is strictly advisable.

The combination produces a particular kind of analysis; one that goes on record about what happens next, and stays on record when the call misses.

Most analysis tells you the story so far. Very few commit to what comes next. Almost none stay on record when the call goes wrong. That gap is the entire proposition.

Every call on this site is documented before the fact: Dated, weighted by conviction, scored publicly when it resolves. Hits sit next to misses. That discipline is not a feature of my product. It is the product.

One analyst, working publicly. No committee to hide behind. No hedge to retrofit. When a call misses, it stays up, and the reasoning that produced it stays with it.

And yes, of course I use AI. Used right, it's a force multiplier for research, pressure-testing, and surfacing patterns. Used wrong, it's a shortcut to hallucinations dressed up as insight. I run it the first way. Every conclusion is mine, every claim is factchecked.
